Where are the settings?

Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. Every option is explained in the Settings reference.

Do I need to press Save?

No. Changes apply and are saved right away.

How do I change the theme or accent colour?

Settings, General: Mocha, Macchiato, Frappé, Latte or match the system, AMOLED black, and 14 accent colours.

How do I change the language?

Settings, General, App language: English, Bahasa Indonesia or match the system. The Content languages setting (Browse & extensions) only decides which sources are offered.

How do I show adult sources?

Settings, Browse & extensions, Show NSFW content. It is off by default and asks you to confirm.

How do I run the first-time setup again?

Settings, About, Run setup again.

How do I switch to beta versions?

Settings, About, App updates, Channel, then choose Beta. It applies to the next update check.

Can I run Matane in the background?

Settings, General, System: close to tray, start at login, start hidden.

Can I show what I read on Discord?

Yes: Settings, General, Discord. It is off by default, and never shows adult sources or incognito reading.
